Electronic services
The https://vollory.com website provides public content, navigation and links to direct contact channels free of charge.
Links to email, WhatsApp and Telegram lead to services operated by their providers.
Project Brief lets you send Vollory information about a potential project electronically. Submitting a Brief is not an order, automatic estimate, reservation or contract, and does not guarantee project acceptance, availability or a particular price.
These Terms are not a contract for delivery of a paid project. The scope, price and terms of a particular project are agreed separately.
Technical requirements and rules of use
Using the website requires internet access and a current browser. JavaScript is needed only to use the Project Brief interface. The website must be used lawfully and in accordance with accepted standards. It is prohibited to disrupt its operation, bypass security, send automated spam, attempt unauthorised access, or submit unlawful content or material infringing third-party rights. Using online services involves typical risks, such as phishing, malicious software or attempts at unauthorised access. Project Brief uses an anti-bot verification mechanism solely to protect the form against automated abuse.
When JavaScript is disabled, website content remains available and contact can be made through the listed direct channels.
Beginning and ending use
Use of an electronic service begins when a visitor enters the website or uses an available function and ends when they leave the website or stop using that function. The website does not create a user account or persistent client panel.
Reports and complaints
Reports concerning electronic services may be sent to contact@vollory.com. A report should include contact details and a description of the problem that makes it possible to consider it. A response will be sent to the contact details provided in the report. Complaints or reports about a paid project are governed by that project’s documents.
Availability, information and external services
Vollory makes reasonable efforts to keep the website working properly, but technical interruptions or limitations outside Vollory’s control may occur.
Website content and “from” prices are for information only and do not automatically constitute an offer or guarantee availability.
Links to email, WhatsApp and Telegram lead to services operated by their providers.
Final provisions
These Terms set out the rules for using the electronic services currently available on the Vollory website.
Vollory’s Privacy Policy describes the processing of personal data.
These Terms may be updated before a new feature is launched or when the law or method of providing electronic services changes.
