Scope of the Policy and data
This Policy covers use of https://vollory.com, contact by email, WhatsApp and Telegram, and submission of a Project Brief. Depending on the contact method, we may process a name, contact details, the content of a message or Brief, information about a company or business, a planned project, requirements, preferences and materials voluntarily provided.
We may also process basic technical data needed to deliver and secure the website, such as an IP address, request, device or browser information and security events, to the extent actually processed by the infrastructure provider.
Project Brief lets you send Vollory information about a potential project electronically. Direct contact by email, WhatsApp and Telegram remains an equal option.
Do not send passwords, card details, API keys, identity documents or other sensitive data in an initial message.
Processing purposes and legal bases
We process data to receive and assess an inquiry or Project Brief, understand the project, contact the person, take steps before entering into a contract at their request, operate and secure the website, and establish, pursue or defend claims where needed.
Depending on the situation, the legal basis is taking steps before entering into a contract at the data subject’s request, the Controller’s legitimate interest or a legal obligation.
The Controller’s legitimate interest is handling correspondence, ensuring website security, and establishing, pursuing and defending claims.
Providing data in a message is voluntary, but without data needed to respond, we may be unable to handle an inquiry. Technical data is needed to display and protect the website.

We retain technical data for the period necessary to operate and secure the website.

We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of the GDPR.
Cookies, security and changes
In its current scope, the website does not use advertising pixels, newsletters, user accounts or marketing automation. We do not persist Project Brief data in the browser or a database.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to obtain aggregated information about website usage and performance. The tool operates without analytics cookies and is not used to track users across different websites. We use this information only to analyse traffic, page popularity, and website performance.
Project Brief uses an anti-bot verification mechanism to protect the form against automated abuse.
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, taking data minimisation into account.
If the scope of data processing or the technologies used changes, this Policy will be updated accordingly.
